BCG Engineering, LLC processes information needed to operate this site, respond to professional inquiries, and provide software workflows.

Data we may process

Contact details, inquiry content, account data, configuration data, contact-list metadata, phone numbers, call detail records, recordings, transcripts, agent inputs and outputs, support messages, and technical/security logs may be processed when a customer enables those features.

Voice and AI processing

Customers control their calling workflows and remain responsible for notices, consents, lawful bases, data minimization, recording/transcription permissions, retention, deletion, and data-subject rights for people they contact. BCG may use infrastructure and AI or telephony subprocessors selected for the service; the applicable provider terms and data-processing agreements govern those transfers.

Purposes and retention

We use data to provide and secure the service, route support, prevent fraud and abuse, monitor reliability, comply with law, and improve operations where permitted. Retention should be configured to the minimum necessary; customers must define deletion and access rules for call data and transcripts.

Sharing and safeguards

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with hosting, communications, AI, analytics, support, and security providers needed for the requested service, under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. Do not submit sensitive or regulated data without the required agreement and configuration.

Your rights and requests

Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection may be sent to contact@bcg-engineering.com. We may need to verify identity and coordinate with the relevant customer acting as controller.
